Formed the partnership IHC with five other Dutch yards in 1943, fully merging with the remaining 4 other yards in 1965 as IHC Holland and renamed IHC De Klop. Merged with Werf van Rees in 1980 to form IHC van Rees de Klop and later renamed IHC Sliedrecht in 1984 and IHC Holland Beaver Dredgers in 1989.
