Stolt Comex Seaway
Founded in 1970 as Stolt-Nielsen Seaway, merged with Comex Services and renamed Stolt Comex Seaway in 1992 and renamed Stolt Offshore in 2000. Sold by the Stolt-Neilsen Group in 2005 and renamed Acergy the following year. Merged with Subsea 7 in 2010.
