Cory Towage
Formed from Rea Towing Co., which was acquired by Wm. Cory & Son in 1918. Reformed as Cory Ship Towage in 1971 and restyled Cory Towage in 1985. With Clyde Shipping and others, Cory formed the joint ventures Forth Tugs in 1972, Shetland Towage in 1978 and Clyde Tugs in 1994. Acquired Tees Towing Company in 1990 and Tyne and Wear Tugs in 1995. Taken over by Wijsmuller Marine in 2000.
